| Bio: | *waves* I'm a refugee from the maybe LJ collapse, so this journal will probably be pretty quiet as I'll be sticking with LJ until they go boom. But it doesn't hurt to have a profile anyway, right? Right. *copies and pastes LJ profile* I love spending time with friends - my perfect afternoon is spent relaxing over a cup of coffee or 3 with people I care about. When I'm not doing that, I enjoy curling up on the sofa with my partner, a bottle of wine, and a good film or tv show. I'm quite low-key really, and tend to find my pleasures in the simple things life has to offer. I guess I should explain my friending policy, insofar as I have one. Basically, if you friend me without having commented on anything I've posted, or without us having chatted somewhere, in all likelihood I won't friend you back. I'll just assume you're here for the fic, which always gets posted publicly, so that's not an issue. If I do friend you back, and you get sick of my ramblings about life, the universe and everything showing up on your flist, just drop me a note or a comment saying 'OMG STOP IT ALREADY, I'M ONLY HERE FOR THE FIC', and I'll unfriend you. Easy :D Periodically, I'll have a clear out of the old flist, trim people who I haven't heard from for ages, or who I can't remember why we're friends. It's nothing personal - I just have trouble remembering what's going on in my own life at times, so if my flist gets out of hand there's no chance of me keeping up with it all. The fic tends to be m/m or occasionally f/f (I say occasionally, I mean once). You got a problem with teh gay, then keep moving. You won't like it here. Open-minded individuals with something interesting to say, on the other hand, will most likely fit in well with my flist. They're an opinionated bunch *pets them* Speaking of which, please bear in mind, my opinions are just that - feel free to enter into debate with me, or with other commenters in my journal. But flamers will be fed to the weevils - and I live in Cardiff, so don't think I won't follow through on that ;) Basically - grown-up debate, good, hair-pulling and name-calling, bad. | |||||||||
